سياسة استرداد الأموال | Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality content through our training courses, aiming to achieve your complete satisfaction. However, to ensure transparency and protect everyone's rights, please read the following refund policy carefully:

مدة الاسترداد | Refund Period:
يحق للمشترك طلب استرداد الأموال خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
Subscribers are eligible to request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date.

شروط الاسترداد | Refund Conditions:
يتم قبول طلبات الاسترداد فقط في الحالات التالية:
Refund requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:إذا كانت هناك مشكلة تقنية تمنع الوصول إلى المحتوى ولم يتم حلها خلال فترة زمنية معقولة.
If there is a technical issue preventing access to the content that could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
إذا كان المحتوى لا يتوافق مع الوصف أو المعلومات المُقدمة قبل الشراء.
If the content does not match the description or information provided before purchase.

الاستثناءات | Exceptions:لا يحق طلب الاسترداد إذا أكمل المشترك أكثر من 20% من محتوى الدورة.
Refunds are not eligible if the subscriber has completed more than 20% of the course content.
في حالة تحميل المواد أو استهلاك المحتوى بالكامل، لا يُمكن طلب استرداد.
Refunds will not be granted if the materials have been downloaded or the content fully consumed.

مراجعة الطلبات | Review of Requests:
جميع طلبات الاسترداد تخضع للمراجعة للتحقق من حالة الاستخدام والتأكد من عدم وجود إساءة استغلال للسياسة.
All refund requests are subject to review to verify usage and ensure no abuse of the policy.

طريقة الاسترداد | Refund Method:
يتم رد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة خلال فترة تصل إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة على الطلب.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used within 10 business days after the request is approved.
